Today I learned that our "new" District Manager is not a new District Manager at all. He has been a District Manager for awhile. What is actually happening is that stores are being "redistributed" (Is that a word?) The person who is the DM of the Birmingham and Cullman stores and other stores to the the south is going to be our DM now.
He lost four stores in the re-districting and gained five.
Makes me want to go to Cullman or down to Gardendale and talk to some employees and see what kind of reputation he has.
